The GFI Support Centre offer targets medium & smaller sized companies that are highly reliable on the good functioning of their IT infrastructure, but lack the necessary capacity to execute the healthcare of their systems themselves.
With GFI Support Centre, companies dispose of a unique desk that can both pro-actively as well as in case of a defect (multiple levels of emergencies) provide assistance, both on-site as well as over different channels such as phone or e-mail.
Our managed platforms are mainly Lotus software, WebSphere software (Portal), and NatStar but can include other products (for example Blackberry Enterprise Server). Our services include both infrastructure services as well as development services.
